We have over 10 years’ experience in dealing with wild and captive animal management. This includes wildlife sanctuary and shelter management. We can provide advice regarding pest bird management, captive animal management and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Based on your requirement, we can establish operational plans and Standard Operating Procedures to inform and guide staff and ensure continuity of care for animals in your care. We can submit applications on behalf of your organisation to obtain Exhibited Animal Approvals for new facilities, species or exhibits.

Joel Little is a Certified Environmental Practitioner, a Qualified Stormwater Manager and a member of the Environment Institute of Australia & New Zealand, Australasian Land & Groundwater Association and the International Erosion Control Association. Joel was an authorised officer under Protection of the Environment Operations Act from 2008 to 2022 whilst employed in local government.

Joel has qualifications in environmental management, conservation, project management and captive animal management.

Joel Little is a Certified Environmental Practitioner and is the
Principal Consultant of Conmurra Environmental Management Solutions.

Joel worked in local government as an environmental assessment and compliance officer for 15 years and has experience in a range of development site, contaminated land and wildlife management issues. Joel also has extensive wildlife and community education experience through working with conservation and not-for-profit projects.

Joel is also the co-owner and operator of Conmurra Wildlife Sanctuary & Airbnb.
